Bradford Inn Tariffs

Deposit Policy

Reservations for one, two or three nights require an advance deposit equal to the full tariff for the stay. Reservations for four or more nights require an advance deposit equal to the first three nights of the stay at the time the accommodation is reserved. The balance of the full tariff is required twenty-one (21) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. The advance deposit guarantees that a room will be reserved for the entire time rance of the full tariff is required twenty-one (21) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. The advance deposit guarantees that a room will be reserved for the entire time requested, and also assures the Inn that the accommodation is sold as confirmed. Advance payments will be refunded, less a seventy-five dollar ($75.00) processing fee, if the Inn receives notice of cancellation twenty-one (21) or more days prior to the scheduled arrival.

Cancellation Policy

From May thru October advance deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received at the Inn no less than twenty-one (21) days prior to the confirmed arrival date. From November thru April advance deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received at the Inn no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the confirmed arrival date. (A seventy-five dollar ($75.00) per room processing charge applies to all cancellations regardless of reason or amount of advance notice. Deposits will be forfeited if you arrive after specified arrival date or depart before final date of reservation.)
